Interview Process

FocalPoint conducts a rigorous interview process. After reviewing your resume and cover letter, one of our recruiters may contact you to discuss your capabilities. At that point, a first interview may be scheduled. During that interview the recruiter will want to learn more about your capabilities and interests. That will also be an opportunity for you to learn more about what it is like to work at FocalPoint. If after the first interview, there is mutual interest in moving forward to the next stage of the process, additional interviews will be scheduled with FocalPoint executives.
